      03|New theme park in Poland, Hossoland, will open to the public in 2025

      Hossoland, a 400,000 square meter theme park in Chiepino of Poland, is set to open in 2025.

      Hossoland will be divided into four themed areas, including the Mermaid City, the Kingdom of Baltambria, the Land of the Vikings and the Valley of the Mines. More than 50 rides will be offered throughout the park, including GhostRider - a multi-million euro steel roller coaster that can reach a top speed of 117 km/h, a maximum height of 53.5 meters and a track length of 893 meters.

      近日,可持续生活方式品牌Allbirds中国市场独家经营权正式由百丽集团接手,授权期限为10年,包括Allbirds零售、线上和批发渠道的分销业务,已正式生效。

      03|Belle Group to take over Allbirds China market rights

      Recently, the exclusive rights of sustainable lifestyle brand Allbirds in the Chinese market have been officially taken over by Belle Group, the authorization period is 10 years, including Allbirds retailing business, online and wholesale channel distribution business.

      It is pointed out that Allbirds China's 6 direct stores plan to change hands to Belle or close, and the online store is being handed over one after another.       01|Longchamp chairman calls for the UK to bring back tax-free shopping

      Jean Cassegrain, chairman and CEO of French leather goods brand Longchamp, stated London's post-pandemic tourism rebound was far weaker than in Europe because of Brexit's abolition of duty-free shopping.

      He stressed that for many people, the top reason in travel is shopping, and if tourists can get a better deal in Paris than in London, then they will choose to go to Paris.       02|出游意大利的中国消费者购买力大幅提升

      02|The purchasing power of Chinese consumers visiting Italy has increased significantly

      Chinese shoppers' propensity to travel remains high, with 81% saying they plan to visit Europe in the coming months, according to a recent survey by overseas shopping tax refund service Global Blue. In addition, the number of Chinese passengers returning to Italy has exceeded pre-epidemic levels, with Chinese passengers to Italy in June 2024 returning to 111% of 2019 levels.

      The report shows that Chinese shoppers are generally younger, with 68% of consumers under the age of 44, an increase of 7 percentage points from 2019. Millennials (aged 30-44) have the strongest purchasing power, spending an average of €3,590.

      03|联合利华上半年收入达311亿欧元

      据悉,联合利华日前公布2024上半年业绩显示,收入增长2.3%至311亿欧元,净利润增长3.5%至40亿欧元。

      分部门看,联合利华美妆与健康部门上半年收入增长7.1%至65亿欧元;个人护理部门收入增长5.6%至70亿欧元;家居护理部门收入增长3.3%至63亿欧元;营养业务部门收入增长3.2%至67亿欧元;冰淇淋业务收入增长0.6%至46亿欧元。联合利华表示,未来将继续重塑集团的产品组合。

      03|Unilever reported H1 revenues of €31.1 billion

      It is reported that Unilever recently announced the H1 of 2024 results, showing revenue increased 2.3% to €31.1 billion, net profit increased 3.5% to €4 billion. By segment, the beauty and health division saw H1 revenue rise 7.1% to €6.5 billion.

      Personal care segment division increased 5.6% to €7 billion. Home care division revenue increased 3.3% to €6.3 billion. Nutrition division revenue increased 3.2% to €6.7 billion.       04|开云集团24年上半年营收91亿欧元

      近日,开云集团公布半年度财报,财报显示,截至2024年6月30日,集团上半年收入为90.18亿欧元,同比下降11%,其核心品牌Gucci收入为41亿欧元,同比下降20%。

      04|Kering Group's revenue in H1 of 2013 was €9.1 billion

      Recently, Kering Group released its semi-annual financial report, which showed that as of 30 June 2024, its H1 revenue was €9.018 billion, down 11% y-o-y, and its core brand Gucci's revenue was €4.1 billion, down 20% y-o-y.

      François-Henri Pinault, Chairman and CEO of Kering Group, said that Kering Group's revenues and profitability are under more pressure in challenging market environment and it is working to create the conditions for a return to growth.

      05|Moncler Group's H1 net profit jumped more than 24%

      Italian luxury goods group Moncler reported an 8% y-o-y increase in revenue to €1.23 billion in the six months to 30 June, while net profit jumped 24.3% to €180.7 million.

      Among them, the core brand Moncler's revenue in H1 of the year increased by 11% to €1.04 billion, breaking the €1 billion mark. Moncler's revenue in Asia (including Asia Pacific, Japan and Korea) increased 12% to €513 million, accounting for 49.3% of total sales. EMEA revenue increased 12% to €380.6 million. Americas revenue rose 7% to €147.7 million.

      01|沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金将增持Selfridges股份至50%

      据悉,沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金(PIF)计划将其在英国奢侈百货公司Selfridges的股份增持至50%。目前,PIF拥有Selfridges 10%的股份,并打算以100万英镑从Signa集团手中收购剩余的40%股份,包括位于伦敦牛津街和曼彻斯特的零售地段。

      若交易完成,PIF将与泰国Central Group共同持有Selfridges。

      Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) plans to increase its stake in British luxury department store Selfridges to 50%. PIF currently owns 10% of Selfridges and intends to buy the remaining 40% from Signa Group for £1 million, including retail sites in London's Oxford Street and Manchester.

      If the transaction is completed, PIF will co-own Selfridges with Thailand's Central Group.

      02|欧舒丹私有化获通过

      欧舒丹日前宣布,已有91.97%的股东接受了股票要约,收购要约已获得足够支持,公司将从香港证券交易所退市。据悉,此次要约收购将于8月6日结束,届时将向剩余股东发出强制收购通知。

      02|L 'Occitane privatization approved

      L 'Occitane has announced that 91.97% of shareholders have accepted the share offer and that the offer has received sufficient support for the company to be delisted from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The tender offer will close on 6 August, at which time a compulsory offer notice will be sent to the remaining shareholders.

      Reinold Geiger, majority shareholder of L 'Occitane, appreciated the strong support of shareholders and said that the company will continue to pursue specific strategies in the future to strengthen L 'Occitane's competitiveness in the global skin care and cosmetics market.

      03|传L Catterton有意收购美泰集团

      据路透社援引消息人士透露,LVMH集团旗下私募股权公司L Catterton已向芭比娃娃的制造商、玩具制造商美泰集团提出了收购要约,此举可能会吸引其他潜在买家的加入。

      According to sources quoted by Reuters, the private equity arm of LVMH Group, L Catterton, has made a takeover offer for the maker of Barbie dolls Mattel Group. And this move could attract other potential buyers.

      Mattel, which has been seeking media partnerships to offset weak demand for its toys, has seen its shares fall 23% in the past 12 months despite the commercial success and acclaim of the movie Barbie released last year.
